Ute Meta Bauer, a German curator (currently the founding director of the Singapore Contemporary Art Centre), Anthony Gardner, an Australian researcher (currently the director of the Ruskin School of Art at Oxford University), and Peiyi Lu (currently an assistant professor in the Department of Cultural and Creative Industries Management at National Taipei University of Education), led a large number of foreign students from the English master's program in contemporary art criticism and curatorial studies at NTU to Tainan to meet and exchange ideas with local artists.

The exchange with local artists included Shukai Lin, Li Lizhong, New York Ji, Zongyou Tsai, Yiyu Chen, Peijing Tsai, and Dongqiao Chuang, among others.
