:Statement:
"How wonderful is the taste of imagination! Without it, what can lead us to that greedy, mutually possessive Garden of Eden?"
Imagination becomes a means for the imaginer to attain a certain authenticity beyond the real world. This exhibition, "Rub 'n It Comes Out," aims to operate within the framework of "sex/desire" through the method of "imagination," similar to what philosopher Bataille described in his discussion of eroticism: "Eroticism is a series of intense psychological and physical movements, used to rehearse or simulate the continuous state of 'self-disappearance.'"
"Rub 'n It Comes Out" comes from a time I glimpsed the lottery drawing screen outside a lottery shop. The ecstatic screams and the bitter resentment of bettors, regardless of gender, age, or profession, as the balls fell on the screen, were a veritable carnival party filled with sex and desire.
I "imagined" different colored balls rubbing against each other in the lottery box until a result of reaching a climax was revealed. As a special physical experience, this, along with the ready-made objects in this exhibition, such as Sudoku games and building blocks, attempts to squeeze out the gradual formation of "sex/desire" through the juxtaposition of material languages that seem unrelated to "sex/desire" on the surface.

:Artist Murmur:
"When I close my eyes, that's when you're closest to me."
"No less than an elderly woman in her sixties or seventies by Tainan Railway Station, carrying a few cucumbers in a red and white striped plastic bag, her white hair tied in pigtails; no less than a conversation between a mother and son on a train: 'Mom, you can spit directly on my hand!'"
In certain scenes of everyday life... Well, let's put it this way: I'm a lustful hunting dog. When I smell sex, the indiscriminate prey serves my fetishes in a lewd manner, the primal urges like sharp blades slicing through the boundary between me and "the outside of myself."
Once again, I transformed into a hunting dog, but unexpectedly, the sun cast a brief curse upon me: after I stared at the sun for a long time, everything I could see was left with a black hole, even your belly button.
I've been desperately searching for a source of sexual desire, like secretly playing Sudoku in class, only to realize I've been forgetting to trim my nails, and there's a thin, dark yellow grime running under them.
Have you ever had that grime? If so, could you let me know? I want to blend my grime into yours, to become "our" grime, like co-authors, or accomplices in a crime.
